APAC and Compac join Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems
On July 13, 2026, Mehits (Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems, a division of Mitsubishi Electric Corp. Japan) has acquired all shares of the APAC Group and Compac Group.
APAC and Compac will continue to operate under the same management, with the same organization and under their existing brand names in the IT cooling, HVAC comfort and process cooling markets. This transaction strengthens the group’s long-term position in these markets.
Its role as a distributor and leading service provider will be expanded through even closer collaboration with the new parent company.

With this strategic acquisition, Mehits (Mitsubishi Electric Corp.) is further expanding its position in Europe. This acquisition strengthens its regional presence, particularly in technical services for (hyperscale) data centers and HVAC, across both project delivery and service operations.
