Raised Floors: faster service
At APAC Raised Floors we can now serve our customers even faster. In-house installers make working with tighter schedules possible and thanks to our own stock of panels, long delivery times are a thing of the past.
Since the beginning of this year, APAC raised floors has had its own installation team, which means we are now less dependent on subcontractors and has allowed us to work with a tighter schedule. We have noticed that we can now move much faster. On top of that, we are now more involved the process and receive more direct feedback, which translates into higher quality levels for our customers. In time, we have the ambition to train our own experienced floor layers. By drawing in young people and teaching them the trade, we can contribute to a solution for the aging problem in this industry.
Fast delivery from our own stock
In order to cut our lead times and help you out faster, we have tackled an issue with the delivery times of our floor panels. In the past, we had to order panels on a project-by-project basis, with a delivery time of 6 weeks. By reorganising our warehouse and workshop, we have been able to create space for our own stock of panels. We now have a total of approx. 800 square meters of the two most commonly used types in our warehouse. As a result, we no longer need to order the panels separately for small to medium-sized projects. We can now draw directly from our own stock, so you don’t have to wait as long anymore.
